I have made this site to share my experience within this vast and stunning country, Brazil. I went to Brazil during Carnaval for a vacation and ended up staying for 3 weeks. Over these 3 weeks, I was able to see a large part of this large country, mainly the southern parts of Brazil and meet its people and experience its culture and love for life. Brazil is a great place to travel to, both for nature and for culture, as well as for beaches, the nightlife, dance and the sun. Speaking Portuguese is a great advantave as most people do not speak English at all, with the exception of the young educated population. Food and hotels are reasonable priced and affordable and travel is very good, with buses, trains and planes going pretty much anywhere within Brazil at very affordable prices. Basic Information on Brazil

Brazil is known as the Federative Republic of Brazil. and is the largest country in South America and the fifth most populous country in the world, with a population of around 200 million.

Portuguese is the official language of Brazil and the only country within South America that speaks Portuguese, with the other countries speaking Spanish.
